The TeeBox Playbook: Mastering the Uneekor Experience

1. Check your email for your 4-digit pin. You receive a new pin with each reservation. Make sure you're entering the PIN correctly.

2. Give us a call via the doorbell or call us at 630-528-1450,  and we can open the door remotely for you.

• Check the "Hitting Zone": Look for the lit up area on the GREEN hitting mat, it's right in the center. Place your ball within this designated area for the cameras to lock on. When the sensor aquires your ball it will say UNEEKOR in GREEN and the RED lights will be constant. If you're in Game Day PLAY you'll also hear a "ding" and the red circle around your ball will dissapear.
• Select Your Software: Most sessions will start in Uneekor PLAY (for the standard driving range and courses) or VIEW (for the AI Trainer and Driving Range). Use the touch-screen console or mouse to select your mode.
• Transitioning Between Play and View: You have to exit one application to go to the other one.
• Instant Replay: After every shot, look at the screen to see Club Optix—a slow-motion video of your club making contact with the ball.
• Create or Log In to my.uneekor.com: This gives you a personalized experience when you're in the simulator.

First, close the application by choosing QUIT. If that does not work, feel free to restart the computer; it should be running again within 30 seconds. 

To RESTART the computer, press the WINDOWS key and then the onscreen power button, then restart. If that doesn't work, open the cabinet and hold down the last button on the top right of the computer until the lights turn off, and then press it again to get them to turn back on. 

If you are not on the actual green, you MUST select your club as a putter for it to register a putt. It's best to look at which club is selected before you put to make sure it's correct. 

• Make sure there aren't other balls or tees in the hitting zone. 

• Move the ball around, remember it should be in the middle of the GREEN mat, it's likely your ball is off to the side or too far back.
• Be mindful of clubs with large white dots or circles on the top; those circles will interfere with the sensors. 

First, you can only change some settings this way. If you want to change something else you will have to restart the game.

• The global settings or settings for players 2-8, you CANNOT change the settings for player 1.

To change global settings:

• From the menu screen, click players

• Then on the right side make your adjustments

To change player settings:

• From the menu screen, click players
• DELETE the player by clicking the trash can next to their name
• ADD a player
• CHANGE their name by clicking on the word GUEST
• Then on the right side make your adjustments for THAT player
• Continue this process for each player that you need to change

• Tee Box Location
• Mulligans
• Gimmie Distance
• Handeness
• Putting Actions (gimme, auto put, etc.)
• Grid Line
• Putting Guidelines

You Can!

Start in your TeeBOX

• Open PLAY

• Choose ONLINE MATCH
• START GAME
• ADD PLAYER
• Have each person in your bay SCAN the QR Code that appears on the HITTING Screen. It will use their MY UNEEKOR account to add them to the game.
• Once all players are added click ACCEPT
• ADD More Players or CREATE A ROOM
• Choose your course and some gameplay settings, a password isn't necessary but feel free to enter one, it can be as simple as 1 character.
• CONTINUE
• Choose the remaining settings and click CONTINUE

Have the OTHER TeeBox:

• Open PLAY
• Choose ONLINE MATCH
• START Game
• ADD PLAYER
• Have each person in your bay SCAN the QR Code that appears on the HITTING Screen. It will use their MY UNEEKOR account to add them to the game.
• Once all players are added, click ACCEPT
• Choose the ROOM
• Click JOIN
• Click READY

The game will start after BOTH TeeBoxes click READY

You CANNOT change player settings in this mode, and IF the game disconnects, you have to RESTART; you can't pick up where you left off.

The trainer is great and can provide a lot of information to help you with your swing. To access the AI Trainer, open PRACTICE

• Log in to or ADD your My Uneekor Profile. If you don't have one or prefer to not use one, click the profile for the TeeBox you're in, Box One, Two, Three, etc.

• Click START
• In the bottom left, next to Edit Session, click the arrow button. This puts the range on the hitting screen
• ADD a SESSION
• Choose your club, premium ball, and then ADD
• Click on SWING and swing away. 
• Click through the other options like AI Trainer, Numbers, Group, etc,  to see what's available to you

First, make sure every screen is on, the TVs are controlled with the black remote, and the projector with the white one.

Next, make sure everything is on HDMI 1. 

Finally, if you're in PRACTICE and using the AI trainer, you may have to open some windows, look for a button with an arrow near the bottom of the computer screen, and CLICK it with the mouse. 

A LOT OF THEM...

But these are the important ones:

- Hole Selection - How many holes do you want to play

- Pin Position - Where is the pin on the green, challenge yourself by choosing RANDOM

- Stimp - How fast are the greens professional greens are 11-13+

- Continuous putting - putt until you get it in the hole

- Tee Boxes - Senior is the closest, then Front, Regular, Back, and Championship

- Mulligans - The golfer's redo button

- Gimme Distance - How big is the gimmie ring around the hole 0, 2, 3, 5 or 6 feet

- Putting Options - None requires you to hit it in the hole, Gimmie gives you an adjustable target circle, Gimmie and Autoput give you 2 putts if you land on the green, one put if you land in the circle.
