Geoff Kilner

Geoff has been a golf professional for nearly four decades, turning professional in 1987. He has been a Class “A” member of the Canadian PGA since 1991 and was recently honored with Lifetime Membership, a distinction reflecting both his playing accomplishments and long-standing commitment to the game.

Throughout his competitive career, Geoff won numerous tournaments on the Ontario PGA circuit and earned the 1996 Ontario PGA Assistant Champion title, along with being named Assistant Player of the Year.

In 1997, he began instructing full-time and relocated to the area in 1998. Since then, he has served as the Head Professional at Tee Time Golf Range in Lisle, where he has helped golfers of all skill levels improve their games through structured, personalized instruction.

His teaching philosophy centers on the fundamentals of the golf swing, believing that lasting improvement starts with a strong foundation. Rather than forcing every golfer into a single swing model, Geoff tailors his instruction to each individual—working within a player’s natural abilities, physical traits, and personal goals to help them play better, more consistent golf.

Jack Cosier

Jack brings more than a decade of experience as a professional golf instructor, delivering over 6,000 lessons to players of all ages and skill levels. His expertise and dedication have earned him recognition from Golf Digest as one of the Best Instructors in the State. Jack’s mission is simple: help golfers improve while making the game more enjoyable and rewarding.

He believes success in golf comes from mastering both the physical and mental sides of the game. While his instruction focuses on building sound, repeatable fundamentals, he also emphasizes the mental discipline required to perform under pressure—learning to reset after mistakes, stay focused, and play with confidence.

Golf has been a part of Jack’s life since he first picked up a club at age three. Today, he combines technical coaching with a mindset approach that helps players build consistency, resilience, and confidence on and off the course.

Thomas Rodriguez

Thomas is a PGA Certified Associate with more than eight years of experience in the golf industry and over 6,000 lessons delivered to players of all ages and skill levels. He was recognized as a Golf Digest Best in State Instructor for 2026–2027 and holds advanced certifications including Swing Catalyst, TrackMan, and SAM PuttLab.

Through experience at both traditional golf facilities and leading indoor training centers, Thomas has developed deep expertise in swing mechanics, performance strategy, and the mental approach needed to lower scores. He also brings strong club-fitting knowledge and focuses on creating a structured, supportive environment where golfers can improve and enjoy the game.

Thomas began his career in golf at age 16 and has held roles ranging from Callaway club fitting specialist to Assistant Golf Professional at both public and private clubs. He currently teaches full-time and serves as the Head Golf Coach at a four-year university.
